David C. Phillips J.D. has dedicated over 25 years to helping clients and companies reach their goals in the Business, Financial, and Estate Planning Sectors. He has served as Vice President of Advanced Planning for Comerica Bank, Managing Director for MassMutual Life, and as Sr. Advanced Sales Attorney for MassMutual Strategic Distributors. He obtained his B.A from Marymount Manhattan College, his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, and was blessed to attend both institutions of full academic scholarships as a Presidential and Honors Scholar respectively.
David and his wife, Eni Phillips M.D, founded Black Rock Recovery in 2019 to help address the Opioid Crisis and assist patients and their families to recover physically, emotionally, and spiritually from the ravages of Substance Use Disorder, anxiety, depression and other co-occurring challenges often seen with this disease. He is driven to help others become the best version of themselves, particularly in the areas of health and wealth. David serves as the Treasurer for Samaritan Way of Michigan and believes in the mission of building stronger communities together and that we are blessed to be a blessing to others.
